Informativa sulla privacy
Accanto è un'app per iPhone e iPad che aiuta i genitori separati a organizzare il calendario dei figli. È stata progettata perché i tuoi dati restino tuoi: non raccogliamo, non riceviamo e non vediamo nessuno dei dati che inserisci nell'app.

Dove sono salvati i dati
I dati che inserisci (nomi dei genitori e dei figli, turni, eventi, cose da fare, foto e video degli album, documenti) sono salvati sul tuo dispositivo e nel database privato del tuo account iCloud, gestito da Apple. Zetec S.r.l. non ha server propri per l'app e non può accedere a questi dati. Il trattamento da parte di Apple è regolato dall'informativa sulla privacy di Apple.
Se non attivi iCloud, i dati restano solo sul tuo dispositivo.
Documenti
I file che aggiungi ad Accanto (ricette, certificati, referti, pagelle, tessere sanitarie) seguono la stessa regola di tutto il resto: restano sul tuo dispositivo e nel tuo spazio iCloud privato, condiviso soltanto con l'altro genitore che hai invitato. Non passano da nessun nostro server, non vengono letti né analizzati da noi.
Puoi aggiungerli da un file, da una foto, scansionando un foglio con la fotocamera, oppure con "Condividi → Accanto" da un'altra app, per esempio da un allegato di posta. In quest'ultimo caso il file viene copiato dentro Accanto: l'app che l'ha condiviso non riceve niente in cambio.
Se elimini un documento, sparisce anche da iCloud e dal dispositivo dell'altro genitore. Se preferisci tenerlo senza vederlo in elenco, puoi metterlo in archivio.
Condivisione con l'altro genitore
Se inviti l'altro genitore, i dati del calendario vengono condivisi tramite la condivisione di iCloud solo con le persone che inviti tu. Puoi annullare un invito, togliere una persona o interrompere la condivisione in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → Condivisione.
Cosa non facciamo
- Nessun account da creare e nessuna registrazione.
- Nessuna pubblicità, nessuna analisi statistica, nessun tracciamento.
- Nessun servizio o SDK di terze parti.
- Nessuna vendita o cessione di dati.
Permessi richiesti
- Notifiche: per i promemoria degli eventi e per avvisarti delle modifiche dell'altro genitore. Sono generate sul tuo dispositivo.
- Calendario (facoltativo): per creare un calendario "Accanto" e copiarvi i tuoi turni e gli eventi. L'app scrive solo in quel calendario e non legge gli altri.
- Foto (facoltativo): solo per salvare nel rullino le foto e i video degli album. Le foto che aggiungi agli album le scegli tu una per una.
- Fotocamera (facoltativo): solo per scansionare un documento di carta dalla scheda Documenti. L'immagine diventa un PDF dentro l'app e non viene inviata a nessuno.
Identificativo iCloud
Per riconoscere quale genitore usa il dispositivo, anche dopo una reinstallazione, l'app legge l'identificativo anonimo del tuo account iCloud fornito da Apple e lo salva insieme ai tuoi dati, nel tuo iCloud. Non contiene il tuo nome né la tua email e non viene inviato a noi.
Figli
L'app è pensata per essere usata dai genitori. I nomi dei figli inseriti restano nell'iCloud dei genitori e sono visibili solo a chi condivide il calendario.
Conservazione e cancellazione
- Puoi eliminare eventi, cose da fare, album, foto, documenti e figli direttamente nell'app.
- Chi ha ricevuto un invito può uscire dal calendario condiviso: i dati spariscono dal suo dispositivo.
- Per cancellare tutti i dati dell'app da iCloud: Impostazioni → il tuo nome → iCloud → Gestisci spazio → Accanto → Elimina dati.
I tuoi diritti
Poiché non trattiamo i tuoi dati, non abbiamo informazioni da consultare, correggere o cancellare per tuo conto: tutto è sotto il tuo controllo nell'app e in iCloud. Per qualsiasi domanda scrivici a info@zetec.it.

Privacy Policy
Accanto is an iPhone and iPad app that helps separated parents organize their children's calendar. It is designed so that your data stays yours: we do not collect, receive or see any of the data you enter in the app.

Where your data is stored
The data you enter (parents' and children's names, schedules, events, to-dos, album photos and videos, documents) is stored on your device and in the private database of your iCloud account, operated by Apple. Zetec S.r.l. has no servers for the app and cannot access this data. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you don't turn on iCloud, the data stays only on your device.
Documents
Files you add to Accanto (prescriptions, certificates, test results, school reports, health cards) follow the same rule as everything else: they stay on your device and in your own private iCloud storage, shared only with the other parent you invited. They never pass through any server of ours and are never read or analysed by us.
You can add them from a file, from a photo, by scanning a sheet of paper with the camera, or with "Share → Accanto" from another app, for example from a mail attachment. In that case the file is copied into Accanto: the app that shared it gets nothing back.
When you delete a document it also disappears from iCloud and from the other parent's device. If you would rather keep it without seeing it in the list, you can move it to the archive.
Sharing with the other parent
If you invite the other parent, the calendar data is shared through iCloud sharing, only with the people you invite. You can cancel an invitation, remove a person or stop sharing at any time in Settings → Sharing.
What we don't do
- No account and no sign-up.
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
- No third-party services or SDKs.
- No selling or transferring of data.
Permissions
- Notifications: for event reminders and to let you know about the other parent's changes. They are generated on your device.
- Calendar (optional): to create an "Accanto" calendar and copy your schedule and events into it. The app only writes to that calendar and doesn't read your other calendars.
- Photos (optional): only to save album photos and videos to your photo library. You choose each photo you add to an album.
- Camera (optional): only to scan a paper document from the Documents tab. The image becomes a PDF inside the app and is not sent to anyone.
iCloud identifier
To recognize which parent is using the device, even after reinstalling, the app reads the anonymous identifier of your iCloud account provided by Apple and stores it with your data, in your iCloud. It doesn't contain your name or email and is never sent to us.
Children
The app is intended to be used by parents. Children's names stay in the parents' iCloud and are visible only to the people sharing the calendar.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete events, to-dos, albums, photos, documents and children directly in the app.
- An invited person can leave the shared calendar: the data disappears from their device.
- To delete all the app's data from iCloud: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → Accanto → Delete Data.
Your rights
Since we don't process your data, we hold no information to access, correct or delete on your behalf: everything is under your control in the app and in iCloud. For any question, write to info@zetec.it.
